Do guests need an account to RSVP?
No. Guests can respond to invitations without creating an account.
How do I share my invitation?
You can share your invitation via SMS, email, or a private RSVP link. The link can also be shared on messaging apps or social media.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the number of guests for each event and applies to new events only. Existing events keep their original guest limits.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time if you need to invite more guests or collect additional RSVPs.
Are payments refundable?
Occazion provides digital services, and payments are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by law. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
How do I track RSVPs?
All guest responses are available in your dashboard and update in real time as guests respond.
Can guests change their RSVP?
Yes. Guests can update their response using the same invitation link.
Is guest information secure?
Yes. Guest data is used only for the event it relates to and is protected using industry-standard security practices.
Will my event data be shared or sold?
No. Occazion does not sell personal data or use guest information for advertising.
