This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on Occazion ("Occazion", "Occzn", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing any paid service or plan on Occazion, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Services
Occazion provides digital services, including event creation, invitation publishing, and RSVP management. Once a paid plan is activated for an event, the service is considered delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Payments made on Occazion are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
- A technical error caused a duplicate charge
- A payment was processed incorrectly
- A refund is required by applicable law
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused guest limits
- Partially used services
- Event cancellations or postponements by the host
- Failure to collect RSVPs or responses from guests
3. Plan Upgrades
If you upgrade a plan:
- The new plan takes effect immediately
- Charges reflect the updated guest limit
- Previous payments are not refunded or prorated
4. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed:
- Access to paid features may be suspended
- Event publishing or invitation sending may be restricted
- We may require payment resolution before restoring access
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, contact us within 7 days of the charge:

- Reason for the request
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first:
- We reserve the right to suspend the associated account
- Future access to paid services may be restricted
